Infinix mobility is set and ready to introduce release another smartphone into the Nigeria market. According to image teaser, should be successor to last year Infinix Hot 4. So be expecting Infinix mobility to release the Infinix Hot 5 anytime soon.
The Infinix Hot 5 will be launch in partnership with Jumia. Unfortunately Infinix have not yet announce the detail specification of the device. But we did get the model number which tells the name to be Infinix Hot 5 and a few information that suggest it will be from the Hot series.
The model number is X559 and according to infinix and it belongs to the product series that delivered one of the best-selling smartphones on Jumia across 15 markets in 2016.
What should you expect from Infinix Hot 5?
Well firstly the Infinix Hot 5 been successor to Hot 4 should come with improved display and better battery life, better performance and generally more features compared to it predecessor.
So be expecting Infinix Hot 5 to run on Android 7.0 Nougat on top of XOS Chameleon. Should be powered by a MediaTek Quad-core processor or Snapdragon Chipset, as Infinix is planning to start using Qualcomm Snapdragon Chipset on their smartphone, but to me I don’t think Infinix will be implementing it on the Hot 5 as that should be reserve for their flagship smartphone. Should ship with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage.
On the camera department, Hot 5 be expecting a 13MP back camera and 8MP front facing camera. And also feature Fingerprint scanner at the back for securing and unlocking the device. Another great upgrade to Hot series will be in the areas of battery capacity. A 4500mAh battery will be great and should also be equipped with fast charging technology.
