Ryzen is AMD new Microprocessor based on AMD’s new Zen core architecture, which promise to bring AMD in to market of high performance chipset of Intel, with improved performance and affordability over it previous generation of Microprocessor.
The zen architecture is aimed at competing with Intel line of Microprocessor, which will be in three main model and available in desktops, laptops and Servers.
With eight-core Ryzen 7 1800X costs only half the price of Intel’s eight-core i7-6900K. And the Ryzen 5 1600X is claimed to outperform the Intel Core i5-7600K by almost 70 percent in the multithreaded Cinebench R15 test. And Ryzen 3 will be coming soon , but AMD hasn’t said anything about it lower range which will be released in the second half of 2017.

Zen architecture is built on a 14nm FinFET.And has ability to support ‘Simultaneous Multi-Threading’, a technology that’s been used in Intel’s CPUs for years under the name Hyper-Threading. This allows a single core to have multiple threads, such as an Intel Core i7 having four cores and eight threads.
this means that ryzen processors are able to do 40 percent more work per clock cycle , which is one of the keys,to compete with Intel processors.
